What is Geen Idee

Geen Idee Magazine is a non-curated & non-profit mag showcasing all kinds of creatives around The Hague, no matter the disciplines, styles, or backgrounds. The magazines can be found in creatives places around the city as a source of platform and inspiration.

Multidisciplinary and Non-Curated

We believe that everything can be art and that everyone have the rights to showcase their works. That is why anyone can submit their works no matter the discipline, style, level, background, etc. - and that we will not judge, curate, or alter it whatsoever, but it is 'first come first serve'.

Accessible for everyone

One of the core thoughts of the magazine is that art should be accessible for everyone, and that the magazine should be a source of inspirations.

Thus apart from the digital version, the physical copies of the magazines are also available to read for free in creatives places around The Hague.

Launch Party

The magazine is released once a year. In which there will be a public launch party. During that event, there will be markets, exhibitions, performances, and of course the chance to meet the creatives of the magazine. The whole event is completely free to enter.

By and for creatives

The Geen Idee Magazine team consists of creative volunteers coming from various institutions & backgrounds. Each with their own skills & additions to the magazine, but all for the sake of creativity.
