Meet the Team

Paulina Kacymirow
Paulina is a 22-year-old creative professional from Poland, currently based in the Netherlands. At 18, she moved to The Hague to pursue a degree in International Creative Business, where she’s now in her fourth year.

Her journey through the creative industries is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a love for bringing ideas to life. Starting with event management in Poland, she went on to become Head of Events at ESN The Hague, leading large-scale projects that connected international students across cultures. That passion for experiences later evolved into creative work for Geen Idee Magazine and an internship at Astrolads.

Alongside event work, she cultivated a strong eye for graphic design, turning a hobby into a professional skill used to create logos, merchandise, and visual identities for various brands. As a content creator and writer, she has contributed to organizations such as ESN The Netherlands, JECI-MIEC, and local businesses, producing storytelling and social media content that resonates with diverse audiences.

When she’s not developing concepts or organizing events, she enjoys balancing creativity with routine. Working as a cook in an Irish pub, rollerblading through The Hague or catching a movie at Pathé Spui.

Philip Christopher Tjahjadi
Philip (30) is a multidisciplinary creative from Indonesia, with insanely lots of passions or hobbies but apparently zero sense of humor? [citation needed].
Originally from Indonesia, he moved to The Netherlands when he was 12. Combining the cultures and experiences of both country into all of his works.
Encourages by the ever-changing urge to create something different, he has done multiple studies from Graphic Design, Music, and graduated from International Creative Business. And now studying Fashion Business.

This urge of change also reflected in his careers as he has experience in various things from: Content Creation, Community Manager, Visual Merchandiser, AV Production, etc. But his passion truly lies in creating and designing stuff: both physical and digital; whether it is an Instagram post, a publicity stunt, a product, or even a musical piece.

He believes that beauty and inspirations can be found in all things, hence he really likes to explore new things and experiences, mostly traveling to a new city to visit the museums and local places.
Futhermore his hobbies includes avant garde fashion, photography, hiking, collecting art books, and games.
